WIND POWER

JEPA was actively involved in the design and implementation of wind power projects across Greece, contributing to a combined capacity of 44.4 MW. These projects harnessed Greece’s abundant wind resources to provide clean, renewable energy while supporting the country’s commitment to sustainability and energy independence. Our involvement included several critical phases. We conducted site selection to identify the most suitable locations for wind turbine installation, considering geographical factors, infrastructure proximity, and environmental impact. Following this, we performed a preliminary evaluation to assess the viability of selected sites, analyzing local wind conditions and potential obstacles.

To ensure accurate forecasting of energy generation potential, JEPA employed advanced measurements for wind speed and patterns over time. In the pre-planning phase, we developed preliminary designs and operational strategies, aligning all components with local regulations and stakeholder expectations. Finally, our planning with optimized selection procedures integrated data-driven insights to ensure that the chosen turbine models and layouts maximized energy output and minimized costs. Through these processes, JEPA positioned each wind project for success, enhancing energy production and supporting Greece’s renewable energy goals.
