VILLA KAZOULI LISTED BUILDING RESTORATION

The Villa Kazouli restoration project involved the comprehensive restoration of a listed building, transforming it into the New National Environmental Center of Athens. The detailed design encompassed essential installations, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, grounding and lightning protection, weak currents and intrusion systems, plumbing and drainage, and fire protection. The total building area of the project is 2,000 m², set within a surrounding area of 7,850 m². JEPA played a crucial role in the detailed MEP design of the restoration, ensuring that all systems met high standards of functionality and compliance while preserving the historical significance and architectural integrity of the Villa Kazouli.
