The Villa Kazouli restoration project involved the comprehensive restoration of a listed building, transforming it into the New National Environmental Center of Athens. The detailed design encompassed essential installations, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, grounding and lightning protection, weak currents and intrusion systems, plumbing and drainage, and fire protection. The total building area of the project is 2,000 m², set within a surrounding area of 7,850 m².
