THE WAVE- KPMG

The Wave office building, located on Syggrou Avenue, is a striking redevelopment of a seven-story office facility, completed in 2023. Comprising three basements, a ground floor, a mezzanine, seven upper floors, and a roof, the building stands out as a crown of modern architecture that responds to the experience of movement along Syngrou Avenue. The architectural design by Tsolakis Architects and interior design by Urban Soul Project emphasize dynamic geometry, creating a façade that appears to move with the constant play of sunlight and shadows throughout the day.

Featuring a total office space of 5,500 m², The Wave is designed to meet the requirements for LEED Gold certification. It now houses the new KPMG offices, providing a modern workplace equipped with meeting rooms, boardrooms, dining areas, and relaxation spaces. JEPA was integral to the project, responsible for the fit-out detailed design of all MEP installations, ensuring that the infrastructure supports KPMG’s operational needs while adhering to sustainability standards. This project not only enhances the urban landscape but also sets a new benchmark for modern office environments.
