“The MET” Hotel in Thessaloniki, Greece, is a 20,000 m² luxury hotel located at 42 October 26 St, Erimionis St, and Andreou Georgiou St. This modern establishment boasts 212 bedrooms and suites, a full-service spa, a stylish rooftop bar, and a restaurant offering panoramic views, all designed to provide guests with a premier hospitality experience. JEPA was engaged by Handris Hotels SA to lead the detailed engineering design for the hotel, applying its expertise to ensure the highest standards of comfort, safety, and sustainability. JEPA’s contributions included sophisticated designs for HVAC, electrical systems, grounding and lightning protection, low-voltage and intrusion systems, as well as plumbing, drainage, and fire protection. The scope also covered specialized facilities, including the spa and swimming pool.
