THE INFINITY PROJECT 5* HOTEL COMPLEX
The Infinity Project is an ambitious redevelopment initiative situated in Ermioni, Argolis, Greece, aiming to transform the site into an ultra-luxury resort under the prestigious Six Senses brand. This comprehensive development involves the complete demolition of an existing derelict hotel property, followed by the construction of a new hotel accommodating 62 keys, alongside the addition of 10 private ultra-luxury villas. The total built area is designed to support various amenities, including associated Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) spaces, restaurants, and spa facilities. The hotel complex features several key components, including a main building that houses the reception area, hotel rooms, a spa, a kids’ room, a first aid facility, a restaurant, and both electrical and mechanical spaces. Additionally, the development includes a Swim Club, Pool Bar, Boat House, and Beach House. The villas will be situated on independent plots, available for sale but operated by the hotel during unoccupied periods.
Central facilities will be installed within the hotel plot, which will also be shared with the private residences. These facilities include a main sewage treatment plant, a main water tank with central primary water treatment, and an MV energy building where the public energy distribution company will terminate. JEPA is involved in the detailed design of the project’s MEP installations, emphasizing sustainability and operational efficiency in line with the high standards expected by Six Senses. The project is committed to achieving LEED Gold certification, which ensures that the highest standards of environmental performance are met throughout the development.
