SCARLET BEACH RESORT & SPA
The Scarlet Beach Resort & Spa is an innovative development situated on the picturesque Petrothalassa beach in Ermioni, Peloponnese, encompassing seven adjacent plots with a total land area of 223,729.95 m². This new integrated hotel resort features a variety of luxurious facilities, including a Main Hotel Building, Beach Club, Pier Restaurant, Spa, Kids’ Club, Bare Foot Bar, 166 Hotel Rooms & Suites, and a Touristic Branded Villas complex. The resort also includes Touristic Exclusive Villas, a Country Club, a Wellness Center, a Recreational & Sports Club, an Agricultural Center, Staff Accommodation Facilities, a Heliport Building, an Entrance Guard Room, and a Beach Lift.
The total built area of the project is 43,414 m², comprising 31,785 m² for hotel accommodations, restaurants, spa, and amenities, along with 11,628 m² for branded and exclusive villas. The project aims for LEED Gold certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. JEPA is currently involved in the detailed design of this project, emphasizing sustainability by incorporating energy-efficient systems and water-saving technologies. This ongoing effort aims to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring that the Scarlet Beach Resort & Spa offers a premium guest experience in a beautiful coastal setting.
