NATIONAL CENTER FOR EXCELLENCE OF LIVESTOCK FOR ASSETS AND GENETIC

This project, designed in alignment with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focuses on livestock development and aims to serve as a model for similar initiatives to enhance livestock production in Saudi Arabia and the Arabian Gulf. The project is strategically located in the northeast area of Al-Kharj city, covering a total site area of 14,350,000 m². The objective of this initiative is to study and design the necessary works to establish a national center of excellence for livestock in Al-Kharj. The center aims to improve production and marketing efficiency within the agricultural sector, fostering growth and sustainability in livestock practices.

The project encompasses a variety of essential facilities, including an administrative building, a mosque, a social hall, residential villas, workshops, a dairy factory, warehouses, and inoculation and fertilization laboratories. Additionally, it features specialized ranching and milking units for cows, goats, and camels. JEPA was actively involved in the detailed design of this project, ensuring that all installations are tailored to meet the operational requirements and environmental standards necessary for a center of excellence. Our expertise in agricultural engineering enhances the overall functionality and efficiency of the facilities, contributing significantly to the project’s success and the advancement of livestock production in the region.
