M2 – RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN ATHENS

Project M2 is strategically located in a privileged area that beautifully combines the green spirit of Penteli with a residential character, situated only 2 km from the central square. This prime location offers residents easy access to leisurely walks, restaurants, and sports activities, all while providing unobstructed views and a high standard of living. This unique concept project consists of three individual buildings, designed to offer absolute privacy alongside a strong sense of security. The complex features a guardhouse and each apartment includes a versatile Service Room, which can be utilized in various ways to meet residents’ needs—functioning as a gym, playroom, or guest house.

JEPA was actively involved in the detailed design of the project, ensuring that all electromechanical systems are effectively integrated to enhance comfort and safety. Our expertise in engineering services contributed to the overall functionality and sustainability of the development, aligning with the luxury standards expected by residents.
