GRAND HAYATT ATHENS

The Grand Hyatt project involves the comprehensive renovation of the former Ledra Marriott Hotel located at 115 Syggrou Avenue, Athens. The revitalized hotel features 324 rooms and suites, 10 conference centers, closed swimming pools, a spa area, a new restaurant, and open swimming pools situated on the 1st and 8th floors. Additionally, a new mechanical area has been established to service the lobby and the mezzanine.

The total built area of the hotel is 32,700 m², and the project encompassed Preliminary Design, Final Design, Building Permits, Detailed Design, and Tender Documents. The electromechanical installations included plumbing, sewage, irrigation, fire fighting systems, HVAC, gas systems, electrical installations, lifts, building management systems (BMS), as well as facilities for kitchens, laundries, and swimming pools. JEPA’s expertise was instrumental in ensuring the successful transformation of the property into a modern, luxury hotel, enhancing its appeal and operational effectiveness.
