FOLLI-FOLLIE OFFICES & WAREHOUSE

The Folli-Follie buildings are strategically positioned on the national road from Athens to Lamia, at the interchange of Ag. Stefano. In contrast to traditional structures that run parallel to the road, these two buildings boast striking glass cylindrical facades facing the roadway, resembling two giant lamps. With a total area of approximately 10,000 m², the design emphasizes contemporary aesthetics and functionality. JEPA was actively involved in the detailed design of this project, providing our engineering expertise to ensure that the buildings are not only functional but also energy efficient. Our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and occupant comfort played a vital role in realizing the Folli-Follie vision, ultimately enhancing the user experience and contributing to the project’s overall success.
