FIELD OF LIFE
The Field of Life building is a new four-floor facility located at the intersection of Thessalonikis Street and Botsari Street in Nikaia-Rendi, Greece. Covering a total area of approximately 5,300 m², the building is designed to host a variety of amenities that support the non-profit organization’s mission to provide youth programs. The facility will include an indoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, a gym, a football court, offices, a dining area, classrooms, a recording studio, a dance hall, changing rooms, a multi-use space, and guest houses. Designed with sustainability in mind, the project adheres to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) criteria and will undergo evaluation and certification according to these standards. The Field of Life aims to create an inclusive environment for children and youth aged 6 to 18, organized into three age groups, allowing them to engage in sports, cultural, and academic programs that help them develop well-rounded personalities and discover their skills and interests.
JEPA was actively involved in the detailed design of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations, ensuring all systems are efficiently integrated while meeting high standards of safety and operational effectiveness. This commitment to quality and sustainability enhances the overall functionality of the Field of Life building, reinforcing its role as a vital resource for youth development in the community.
