EUROBANK AMALIAS OFFICE BUILDING COMPLEX

The project involves the complete refurbishment of the previously known Bodosaki Foundation building, which has been transformed into a modern office complex. Located at Amalias avenue in Athens, the 7-storey building includes two subterranean parking sections. The detailed design encompasses essential installations, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, grounding and lightning protection, weak currents and intrusion systems, plumbing and drainage, and fire protection.

The total built office area for the facility is 14,600 m². JEPA played a significant role in the detailed design and engineering of the electromechanical installations, ensuring that all systems met high standards of safety and operational efficiency, thereby successfully transforming the building to enhance EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A.’s operational capabilities.
