DU LAC HOTEL AND CONGRESS CENTER

The Du Lac Hotel & Conference Center project involves the detailed design for the construction of building “D” and the refurbishment of building “A” within the complex located in Laspotopos, Ioannina. The scope of work encompasses critical installations, including HVAC, electrical systems, grounding and lightning protection, weak currents and intrusion systems, plumbing and drainage, and fire protection. JEPA was actively involved in the detailed design of the electromechanical systems, ensuring that all installations adhere to the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency. The total refurbished area amounts to 6,730 m², while the new built area is 6,530 m². This comprehensive refurbishment and extension aim to modernize the hotel and conference center, enhancing guest comfort and operational efficiency while preserving its architectural integrity.
