The Athens IV Data Center, developed for Digital Realty, is a state-of-the-art facility designed to meet the increasing demands for data processing and storage. The data center features a total built area of 6,260 m², with 2,810 m² dedicated to IT space. It operates at a robust capacity of 6,800 kW, ensuring reliable performance and uptime, compliant with Tier III standards. JEPA is responsible for providing the electrical detailed design and shop drawings for this project, ensuring that all systems are efficiently integrated and meet the highest technical standards. The design has also been developed with sustainability in mind, achieving LEED Silver certification, which highlights the commitment to energy efficiency and environmentally responsible building practices.
