DIGITAL REALTY – ATHENS I DATA CENTER

The development of the Athens I data center for Digital Realty Hellas S.A. in Koropi, Greece, includes both the initial data center completed in 2003 and its subsequent extension in 2007. The data center, commissioned in 2003, spans a total area of 2,100 m², with 480 m² dedicated to IT space, operating at a Tier III level to ensure reliable performance and uptime, supported by an IT connection power of 1,000 kW. JEPA provided comprehensive services, including detailed design, supervision,integrated systems testing (IST) and final acceptance, ensuring compliance with the highest technical and operational standards.

In 2007, the extension of the existing data center added an additional 2,400 m², including 370 m² of new IT space, while maintaining the Tier III classification with an IT connection power of 700 kW. JEPA continued its role in providing detailed design, supervision, IST tests, and final acceptance for this project.
