ASTIR PALACE HOTEL COMPLEX

JEPA’s involvement encompasses a series of interconnected projects aimed at restoring, renovating, and enhancing the Astir Palace Hotel Complex in Vouliagmeni, Attica, Greece, for Astir Palace Vouliagmeni S.A. The bungalows renovation includes detailed design for HVAC systems, electrical installations, grounding, weak currents and intrusion systems, plumbing, fire protection, and 75 private swimming pools alongside 4 central pools. This project has a total built area of 3,200 m², set within 60,000 m² of landscaped grounds, and was completed between December 2006 and November 2007.

The Nafsika Hotel renovation upgraded public spaces, including the entrance, restaurants, and pool bar, with a total built area of 1,700 m², completed during the same period. The W Athens Hotel renovation involved a comprehensive overhaul with a total built area of 18,200 m², focusing on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, which commenced in January 2011. The new Conference Center project within the hotel complex features a modern facility with a total area of 12,000 m². The detailed design includes HVAC, electrical systems, grounding and lightning protection, weak currents and intrusion systems, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection. The Public Beach project involves the gradual reformation of the beach area, encompassing a total built area of 2,200 m² and a surrounding area of 17,000 m². The detailed design for this project includes HVAC, electrical and grounding systems, weak currents and intrusion systems, plumbing, drainage, swimming pools, and fire protection.

Additionally, JEPA is responsible for the detailed design of the Nobu Matsuhisa restaurant within the Astir Palace complex, ensuring that it meets the high standards of this renowned brand while seamlessly integrating into the overall architectural aesthetic of the resort. Through these projects, JEPA has ensured efficient and sustainable installations, maintaining high operational standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience while aligning with the luxury expectations of the Astir Palace brand.
