AGGEMAR SA OFFICE BUILDING
The Aggemar S.A. Office Building is a modern construction project completed on a plot area of 5,800 m². This state-of-the-art facility consists of four basements and eight above-ground levels, encompassing a total built area of 30,000 m². It accommodates various amenities, including office spaces, a training center, bridge and boat engine simulators, a data center, and underground private parking. In addition, the building features supportive areas such as a museum, library, archive space, foundation offices, and an amphitheater, along with amenities like a gym, indoor swimming pool, kitchen, and restaurant, enhancing the overall functionality and user experience.
The Aggemar S.A. Office Building is distinguished as the first LEED Platinum certified building in Greece, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. JEPA was integral to the project, focusing on the detailed design and supervision of electromechanical installations to ensure energy efficiency. Sustainable practices incorporated into the design include geothermal energy systems for heating and cooling, rainwater harvesting for irrigation and water supply, and energy-efficient lighting systems, all contributing to reduced environmental impact and operational costs. This innovative project not only sets a new standard for modern office spaces but also exemplifies sustainable practices in architecture and design.
