We are pleased to announce the completion of KPMG Greece’s new headquarters in Athens, with JEPA Ltd acting as the MEP consultant for the detailed fit-out design. This project involved the sustainable transformation and energy efficiency retrofit of around 5,500 square meters of office space located near the Acropolis, in line with KPMG’s modern workplace strategies aimed at creating a dynamic, flexible, and high-performance environment. The refurbishment has received LEED Gold certification for both the Core & Shell and the Interior Design & Construction, thanks in part to Urban Soul Project’s innovative design that emphasizes elegance, functionality, and the use of sustainable materials and energy-saving technologies. Additionally, the building’s distinctive exterior, designed by Tsolakis Architects Ltd, enhances its architectural significance in the area.
