ANANGEL SHIPPING SA OFFICE BUILDING

The project involves the development of a seven-story office building with four basements for Anangel Shipping Enterprises S.A., strategically located in Kallithea, Athens, at the intersections of Syggrou, Tagm. Plessa (Agamemnon), Doirani, and Diagora Streets. The comprehensive study focused on the design of electromechanical installations for the facility, which boasts a total office space of 12,711 m². JEPA was integral to the project, providing detailed designs for critical electromechanical systems, including air conditioning, high voltage electrical installations, grounding and lightning protection, as well as low voltage electrical installations and security systems. The design also included solutions for water supply, drainage, and fire protection. This meticulous approach highlights JEPA’s commitment to delivering efficient and effective solutions that enhance the operational functionality of the new office building, ultimately supporting Anangel Shipping Enterprises S.A. in its mission to excel in the shipping industry.
