The land plot for the Private Club is located within The Ellinikon development area, positioned along the coastal front of Agios Kosmas marina. Spanning 24,533 m², this prestigious club is designed by renowned architect Kengo Kuma and will face the marina promenade and the Riviera Galleria, another luxury retail development also designed by Kuma, providing an elegant setting for members. The Private Club will offer a variety of food and beverage (F&B) options along with extensive leisure and recreation areas, including swimming pools, tennis courts, padel courts, and a fitness area. Inside the club, members will enjoy three restaurants and a nightclub, as well as a cigar lounge, wine cellar, and spa, creating a comprehensive entertainment and relaxation experience.
