OBSERVATORY SHOPPING

The Observatory Shopping & Office Building is an iconic development located at 9 Solonos Street in Athens. This project involved the construction of an eight-storey facility that includes four subterranean parking sections, with a total built area of 2,078 m². JEPA played a crucial role in the detailed design of the project, delivering essential installations such as HVAC systems, electrical systems, grounding and lightning protection, weak currents and intrusion systems, plumbing and drainage, and fire protection. Our expertise ensured that all systems were seamlessly integrated to meet the highest standards of functionality, safety, and operational efficiency. Completed in 2006, the Observatory Building stands as a notable addition to Athens’ architectural landscape, enhancing the commercial environment of the area.
