FACTORY OUTLET PIRAEUS

With a total built area of 12,000 m², the Factory Outlet Piraeus project involved a comprehensive energy audit, energy assessment, and dynamic simulation analysis for the Factory Outlet Shopping Centre located at 76 Piraeus Street in Athens. The project included the redesign and upgrade of the electromechanical installations of the building, covering essential systems such as HVAC, natural gas supply, plumbing, sewage, hot water production, lighting, and voice and data communication systems. Additionally, the project addressed the integration of CCTV, fire detection and fire fighting systems, as well as a Building Management System (BMS).

JEPA played a crucial role in ensuring that the updated installations not only complied with operational requirements but also optimized energy efficiency and sustainability throughout the facility.
