The Prishtina Mall is the largest shopping and entertainment complex in Southeastern Europe, designed to serve as a premier shopping destination in Prishtina, Kosovo, with an impressive building area of approximately 240,000 m². The mall features a diverse array of retail outlets, dining options, and entertainment facilities that cater to a wide range of consumer needs. The design of Prishtina Mall emphasizes an inviting and dynamic atmosphere, highlighted by spacious common areas that encourage social interaction and community engagement. Within the complex, visitors can enjoy various anchor stores, boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, and recreational spaces, creating a vibrant hub for shopping and leisure activities.

JEPA has played a significant role in the detailed design of the electromechanical installations for the mall, ensuring efficient integration of systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. Our involvement has led to remarkable energy efficiency achievements, including a 50% reduction in installed heating capacity, a 21% reduction in installed cooling capacity, and a 55% reduction in production equipment compared to the initial HVAC design. These improvements were made possible through the use of cutting-edge energy simulation software and state-of-the-art technologies.
