ATHENS SCHOOL OF FINE ARTS

The Athens School of Fine Arts project involved the conversion of old industrial buildings into modern lecture theatres, temporary art exhibition spaces, and storage areas for art objects. The detailed design encompassed comprehensive installations, including HVAC, electrical systems, grounding and lightning protection, weak currents and intrusion systems, plumbing and drainage, fire protection, and lifts. With a total built area of 8,000 m², this transformation aimed to create an inspiring environment for art education and exhibitions. JEPA was heavily involved in the detailed MEP design, ensuring that all systems were seamlessly integrated to support the school’s operational needs while maintaining the artistic vision of the Athens School of Fine Arts.
