APOLLONIA 5* HOTEL

The project involves the MEP design of a new 5-star luxury hotel located in Crete, featuring approximately 357 keys and a total net area of 24,700 m², including 6,000 m² for common areas and 18,700 m² for hotel rooms. JEPA is responsible for the detailed design, which encompasses HVAC systems, cold and hot water supply, plumbing, electrical installations, fire protection, and more. The project also includes support for MEP issues related to the adjacent Almyros plot for the Environmental Impact Study. With a focus on sustainability and operational efficiency, JEPA is committed to delivering high-quality engineering solutions that enhance the overall functionality of the luxury hotel.
