SANTA MARINA 5* HOTEL

The project involves the MEP design for a new luxury hotel in Crete, featuring approximately 165-170 keys, set on a total plot area of 21,164 m² and boasting a gross floor area (GBA) of 10,500 m². Designed to meet 5-star luxury standards, the hotel will provide high-quality accommodations and amenities for its guests. JEPA’s MEP design encompasses all necessary documentation for building permits, detailed design, tendering, and certification to BREEAM Excellent or LEED Gold standards. The comprehensive designs will cover essential systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), cold and hot water supply with legionella protection measures, energy recovery strategies, sanitary and rainwater drainage, kitchen design, and electrical installations. Additionally, features such as swimming pools, weak current systems, fire protection, and vertical transportation via lifts will be integrated into the design.
