KOUFONISIA 5* BOUTIQUE HOTEL

The project involves the construction of a new 4-star hotel located in Koufonisia, Keros, with a capacity of 46 beds. The hotel complex will comprise approximately 22 guest rooms, each featuring its own private swimming pool, along with two shared swimming pools. Additional facilities will include a reception area, a restaurant, a kitchen, and various supporting spaces, as well as landscaped surroundings. The enclosed areas will cover approximately 1,100 m² within a total plot area of about 6,500 m².

The electromechanical (E/M) installations, designed in coordination with the client and other stakeholders, will include HVAC systems, water supply and conservation systems, wastewater drainage with biological treatment, high voltage electrical installations, and low voltage systems for communication and security. The design also addresses energy efficiency and compliance with the Energy Performance Regulation (KENAK) to achieve at least Energy Class A.

The studies will be conducted in several phases, including Preliminary Study, Final Design, Issuance of Building Permit, Application Study, and Preparation of Tender Documents. JEPA is extensively involved in the detailed design of the MEP installations, ensuring that all systems are integrated efficiently and conform to high standards of safety, energy efficiency, and operational effectiveness, thereby contributing to the successful realization of this luxury hotel project.
