BROWN BEACH RESORT CORINTHIA

The Isla Brown Corinthia Hotel, designed by Elastic Architects, is a stunning redevelopment of the iconic “Hanikian” hotel from the mid-70s, located on the picturesque northern edge of the Greek Volcanic Arc. Completed in 2022, this hotel spans 8,918 m² and harmonizes with the surrounding landscape, establishing a fresh architectural identity that reflects the area’s natural beauty. The hotel features 166 luxurious rooms and suites, along with common areas including a lobby, an indoor sea view bar, an all-day dining restaurant, a gym, and a spa. An infinity rooftop shallow pool provides guests with breathtaking views over the Corinthian Gulf.

JEPA was integral to the project, providing detailed design services that ensured the successful integration of the hotel’s electromechanical systems while enhancing sustainability and the overall guest experience. The Isla Brown Corinthia Hotel has received significant accolades, including the IDA 2022 Architecture/Hotels & Resorts Design GOLD Award and the Excellent Architecture Category win at the prestigious German Design Awards 2024, highlighting its exceptional contribution to contemporary hospitality architecture.
