MARRIOTT (W) HOTEL – ATHENS

The project involves the reconstruction of an existing building into a luxurious Marriott Hotel located at 36 Akadimias Street in Athens, Greece. The hotel will encompass nine floors and two basements, featuring a swimming pool and restaurant situated on the roof. The total hotel area is approximately 3,026 m² and will accommodate 164 guests across 82 rooms. A notable aspect of this project is the innovative over-road connection of the hotel with an existing hotel across the street, marking a first in Greece. This unique feature enhances accessibility and provides a seamless experience for guests.

JEPA is undertaking the detailed design of the electromechanical systems, ensuring that all installations are efficiently integrated to enhance guest comfort and operational effectiveness while adhering to the highest architectural and design standards.
