ROBINSON CLUB TOURISTIC COMPLEX – TUI GROUP

The Robinson 5* Hotel has been constructed on a scenic seaside area of approximately 117,771 m², divided into three sections. The main building occupies the central section and features bungalows, a reception area, lobby, and essential utilities, while the adjacent sections predominantly consist of bungalows with private pools. The project accommodates approximately 352 rooms, with a gross leaseable area (GLA) of approximately 22,300 m² for covered areas, 4,400 m² for semi-covered areas, and 10,000 m² allocated for basements.

Sustainable design principles are integral to the project, utilizing geothermal applications and highly efficient systems throughout the facility to minimize environmental impact and enhance energy efficiency. JEPA was involved in the detailed design of the E/M installations, ensuring that the 5* hotel meets the highest standards of quality and operational effectiveness while promoting sustainable practices in its construction and operation.
