ANGSANA CORFU RESORT & SPA

The Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa involves the full renovation of the existing San Stefano hotel to transform it into a luxurious 5-star establishment under the Angsana brand. This project features 160 rooms and suites, along with 40 bungalows equipped with private swimming pools. The complex also includes central swimming pools, hydrotherapy facilities, and a spa, providing an exceptional experience for guests. The total built area of the resort is 40,000 m², complemented by a surrounding area of 200,000 m².

In addition, the Development of Luxury Residences consists of 76 exclusive residences designed to offer high-end living experiences. This development encompasses a total built area of 16,000 m², set within an expansive surrounding area of 230,000 m², allowing residents to enjoy the natural beauty of Corfu Island. JEPA was actively involved in the detailed design and supervision of both projects, ensuring that all design elements adhere to high standards of quality, safety, and operational effectiveness.
