FLEXOPACK – FLEXIBLE PACKING FACTORY

The Flexopack project focuses on the implementation of MEP installations for the expansion of the Flexible Plastic Goods Industry, which includes a single-storey metal building, a three-storey office building, and a basement. The detailed design encompasses essential installations such as water supply, sewage, air conditioning, heating and ventilation, high voltage electrical systems, low voltage electrical systems, active fire protection, and lifting equipment. The total built area of the project is 14,600 m², showcasing a significant enhancement of the industry’s infrastructure, aimed at improving functionality and efficiency in production processes. JEPA was actively involved in the detailed design, ensuring that all installations meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
