SENEKA LOGISTICS CENTER

The Seneka Logistics project features a total built area of approximately 5,700 m², including both the superstructure and underground parking spaces, with a building height of 16 m. A key highlight of the facility is the ground floor, which incorporates a 12 m high fully automated robotic storage and handling unit, designed to optimize logistics operations and enhance efficiency. The facility layout includes a basement for parking spaces and goods exit areas, a ground floor dedicated to machinery and storage, an additional operational space on the 1st floor, and office spaces on the 2nd floor. This comprehensive design aims to streamline logistics processes while ensuring essential functionality.

JEPA was actively involved in the project, providing detailed design and supervision services to ensure that all installations meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
